Norman NEXT is excited to host its inaugural ‘Off to the Races’ ZeroK and 5K event on Saturday, April 21st, 2018!

This is a fun family event that is open to all ages. Kentucky Derby-themed costumes are strongly encouraged (cannot interfere with other runners). Finisher medals will be given to all 5K participants. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female 5K finishers in each category. T-shirts are only guaranteed if registered by March 30th. Registration ends April 20, 2018 at 11:59pm CDT.

The ZeroK will begin at 11am in Reaves Park. Come and enjoy food trucks, music and family friendly games for runners and non-runners including a Stick Horse Competition, Derby Ball, Blinker Dash, Furlong Fury and an obstacle course, Jockey Jog. Each game will start on the half hour marks.

Proceeds raised during this event will go to a local non-profit through a grant process.
