As a Norman NEXT member, you gain access to an entire network of prominent professionals and leaders in Norman. Maximize your membership by letting us pair you with a mentor to gain experience, build connections, and develop a professional relationship that will help you achieve your goals.

What does mentorship look like? 

The goal of the mentorship program is to provide an opportunity for mentees to gain insight into career paths, community engagement and/or professional growth. Mentees can apply any time throughout the year to be paired with one of the mentors from our roster, or another of their own request.

Mentors and mentees are encouraged to meet monthly at minimum. Examples of possible interactions include lunch, coffee, job shadowing or introduction to an organization (such as Rotary, Chamber After Hours, etc.).
